Directions for Use

- 1 to 2 packs daily, one pack at a time 
- The product ingredients can be consumed directly. Please place this product in 250 c.c. of warm water for three minutes, stir evenly, and it's ready to eat. Water volume and temperature can be adjusted to personal preference.
